Notice of Dispute

For the Class Members, that are fulfilling Option B “Notice of Dispute” pleasure ensure that you have the following documents ready:

  • Explanation that you dispute the total.
  • Supporting written documents (such as; official records, pay stubs, weekly schedules, or personal logs).

You may also notify the Settlement Administrator of your dispute by mailing documentation to the Settlement Administrator at:
